DEALER STAFF SETUP & MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Adding new people to your dealership:
- Login to Hustler Dealer Website
- Click on “Hello (Your Name)”
- Click “View”
- Click “Administer people within your dealership”
- Choose “Add people”
- Complete all required fields & choose role
- Principal - Access to all documents posted to that dealership. Ability to add and manage users within dealership group.
- Access to most documents except certain programs/promotions dealing with financial information (ie. Volume Bonus). No ability to add and manage users within dealership group.
- Click on “Create new dealer contact”
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 to add more people within your dealership
Editing people in your Dealer Group:
- Once you are logged in, click on “Hello (Your Name)”
- Click on “Administer people within your dealership”
- Click “People”
- Click on “edit” to the right of the person you want to edit
- In this screen, you can make the person active, pending or blocked from the drop down menu
- You can also change dealer roles for this person
- Once you are done editing, you’ll be asked to update membership
Adding Dealer Staff for additional locations:
- Login to Hustler Dealer Website
- Click on “Hello (Your Name)”
- Click “View”
- Choose “Switch Dealers”
- From the drop down list, choose the appropriate location you wish to add new Dealer Contacts
- Click “Submit”
- Click on “Hello (Your Name)”
- Choose “ View”
- Click on “Administer people within your dealership”
- Click “Add people”
- Complete all required fields
- Click on “Create new dealer contact”
- Contact is now created. Repeat steps 11 and 12 to add more people to that dealership
Removing people in your Dealer Group:
- Login to Hustler Dealer Website
- Click on “Hello (Your Name)”
- Click on “Administer people within your dealership”
- Click “People”
- Click “remove” to the right of the person you are managing
- You’ll be asked to confirm the removal
- Click “Remove.” That member is now removed
